Men's Golf Tournament Results - Walters State Fall Classic
Morristown, TN - In the Walters State Fall Classic, the Panthers Men's Golf team battled to secure a 7th-place finish in a competitive field. The team posted a final score of +84, adding +42 strokes in the second round after their +42 in the first.
Kevin Campbell led the charge for Pellissippi, finishing tied for 14th with a solid +13, after adding +6 in the second round. Griffen Shipley followed closely behind, tying for 29th with a two-day total of +20 (+9 in the second round). Eli Rowell posted a +23 overall score, which placed him in a tie for 33rd after recording +11 in the second round.
Dalton Sharp and Zachary White rounded out the team's efforts, finishing 42nd and 44th, respectively. Sharp completed the tournament at +28, while White finished just one stroke behind at +29. Both players carded +16 in their final round.
Despite the challenging rounds, the team showed resilience and determination, setting the stage for future growth and success as the season progresses.
