Day One Recap - Walters State Fall Classic
Day one of the Walters State Fall Classic, hosted at the Country Club in Morristown, Tennessee, saw the Pellissippi State men's golf team finish in seventh place with a team score of +42. The course challenged the team, but they held steady throughout the round.
Individually, Kevin Campbell led the way for Pellissippi, shooting a +7, placing him in 17th. Griffen Shipley followed with a +11, currently sitting in 30th place. Both Eli Rowell and Dalton Sharp finished the day tied at +12, putting them in 35th place. Zachary White rounded out the lineup with a +13, placing him in 43rd.
The team looks to climb the leaderboard in the second round as they aim for a strong finish in the tournament.
