Panthers Fall to Conference Leaders Motlow State 0-3

Tullahoma, TN - Pellissippi State fell to conference foe Motlow state 0-3 on Wednesday night, dropping the panthers to 3rd in the conference and .500 in conference play. 

The game took place on Motlow's home field, which gave them the advantage they needed to knock off the Panthers. "Tough day for us," Coach Diaz said. " We are excited to get back to the training ground and regroup. We have big games ahead for us and a quick turnaround as well.Credit to Motlow, They are a very good program and very well coached. We took a lot of lessons away from this game". The Panthers are still mathematically in the race to win the conference, but need some help from those ahead of them to accomplish the feat. For a team in their first year, there are lots of things to be optimistic about. 

Pellissippi State is next in action Sunday night at Karns High School against Columbia State, the second place team in the conference who the Panthers knocked off with a last second goal to win 1-0. The game will take place at 8:00 PM and will be live streamed on YouTube.
