Morristown, TN - Pellissippi State Women's Cross Country Takes Gold in First Meet in Program History. 

In a historic race for the Panthers, the team clinched first place in the 5k race held at Walters State Community College Friday night, with a scoring order of 1-3-4-7-11. The top finisher for the Panthers was Chloe Hayes, who finished 2nd with a time of 26:24.4. The rest of the Panthers finished as follows: 

Grace Adams (6th) - 27:38.5

Jocelyn Chipoco-Delgado (7th) - 28:18.0

Desiree Smith (11th) - 31:23.0

Janna Evans - (16th) - 40:33.0

The team total for time was 2:34:17, which was 8 seconds better than second place Roane State.
